Privacy at Nehamiah
Plain language first. This page describes how the product handles the relationships you entrust to it.
Your workspace is yours
Contacts, notes, prayer requests and giving records belong to your ministry workspace. They are isolated at the database level with row-level security, so no other workspace can read them — even if the application had a bug in its screens.
Who on your team sees what
Owners decide. Spouses and teammates can work relationships. Coaches see what you share and keep private notes private. Finance helpers see giving. Financial and prayer visibility are set per person.
We never sell or share your contacts
Nehamiah does not sell, rent or share your people with anyone. We do not use your data to train AI models.
AI is optional and limited
AI features are off until an owner turns them on, and then only for the categories you choose (for example, conversation history but not giving). AI never sends messages, merges records, changes statuses or suggests amounts. Requests go to our AI provider only from our server, never from your browser.
Imports
Uploaded files are parsed — never executed — and staged for your review before anything is saved. You can undo an import.
Security
Encrypted connections, private file storage, audit logs of important changes, and secrets kept on the server.
Deleting data
Owners can archive or delete records and can request full workspace deletion.
